The Idroelectrika range of industrial hot pressure washers is robust, featuring an all-metal construction with initiative controls and are built with high performance 4 pole motors designed for demanding industrial applications.
Our range of high-performance machines has an improved carbon footprint compared to traditional diesel heated pressure washers, as the heating of water is done by electric boilers only.
From the experience accumulated over the years and feedback from our clients and suppliers, we have developed two different technologies for the range of emissions-free pressure washers, called the IDROELECTRIC system and the IDRO E-BOOST system.
The IdroElectric system is a unique technology of electric water heating which follows a direct path. Entering cold in the pump and then in the electric boilers that heat the water.
Heating takes place continually, allowing the emission-free pressure washer to deliver water at a constant high temperature, making it ideal for continuous operation.
This technology performs a deep cleansing of all surfaces thanks to the target effect of the jet at high pressure. Furthermore, it is ideal for use in any closed area, due to the system not using fuel boilers to generate the thermal effect.
The E BOOST system consists of a new kind of electric water pre-heating, using a closed path between tank, pump and boiler-booster (where the heating takes place).
When the high-pressure jet is used, the pre-heated water passes again into the boilers (BOOST) quickly reaching the peak temperature, which allows for a much softer decay curve of the delivered water temperature compared to traditional technologies.
The recirculation system allows energy savings by using less kW for water heating and has high temperatures and high flow rates. The system also benefits from all the advantages found with the IdroElectric system technology.
Our modern technology allows the boilers to integrate the pre-heated water and is therefore ideal for those who want high water flows but have few kW and work frequently for a short time.
